Spark some joy at your celebration with this ice cream pie from Julie’s Kitchen.
1 c pretzels
1 c almonds, toasted
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 c butter, melted
1/2 gallon Alden’s strawberry ice cream
1/2 gallon Alden’s vanilla ice cream
1 c whipped cream
1 c strawberries, sliced
1 c blueberries
1 c raspberries
For the crust: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pulverize pretzels, almonds and sugar in a food processor. Pulse in melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before filling.
