- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup or agave nectar
- Ice

Instructions
- Blend strawberries, lime juice, syrup, and ice until smooth.
- Add sparkling water and pulse once.
- Pour into a coupe or daiquiri glass.
