ALDEN’S ORGANIC “FREE ICE CREAM FOR A YEAR” SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Alden’s Organic Free Ice Cream for a Year Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Oregon Ice Cream, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 885 Grant St., Eugene, OR 97402.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s designated online entry system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes, and its records will determine the date and time an entry is received.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may visit the designated Sweepstakes webpage, complete the questionnaire, and submit a valid email address through the online entry form. A Sweepstakes entry is complete only when the entrant’s email address has been successfully submitted and recorded by Sponsor’s designated online entry system. Individuals who complete the questionnaire but do not submit a valid email address will not receive an entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. An individual may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, telephone numbers, identities or other information. Any attempt by the same individual to obtain more than one entry may result in the disqualification of all entries associated with that individual, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Responses to questionnaire items do not affect eligibility, odds of winning, or winner selection.
Consent to receive Alden’s marketing communications by email is not required to enter or win and does not affect an entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning.
After successfully submitting a Sweepstakes entry, an eligible entrant may separately and voluntarily provide a valid mobile telephone number to receive a buy-one-get-one-free Alden’s rebate offer by text message, while supplies last and subject to the separate terms and conditions of that offer. Providing a mobile telephone number is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Receiving, redeeming, or declining the rebate offer does not affect Sweepstakes eligibility or odds of winning.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 15, 2026, by Sponsor or its designee, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor retains sole and final authority to determine eligibility and confirm all winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Sponsor may require winners to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and/or publicity release, where permitted by law.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize
Ten (10) prizes will be awarded.
Each prize consists of:
One (1) shipment of ten (10) Alden’s Organic ice cream products, each with an approximate retail value of up to fifteen dollars ($15), delivered to the winner following winner verification; and
Ten (10) manufacturer coupons, each with a maximum redemption value of fifteen dollars ($15) and redeemable for one qualifying Alden’s Organic product, for use throughout the remainder of the year.
The combination of the initial shipment (ten (10) products) and ten (10) manufacturer coupons (twenty (20) total products) is intended to provide approximately one year’s supply of Alden’s Organic ice cream, based on Sponsor’s estimated average monthly household consumption.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is up to three hundred dollars ($300.00).
Total ARV of all prizes is up to three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).
The initial prize shipment is available for delivery to verified winners residing in any of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or undelivered entries, emails, communications, or technical failures of any kind.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, and/or prize information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and related communications. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://oregonicecream.com/privacy-policy/.
11. Winners List
For the names of the winners, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the winner selection date.
12. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
