Our shipping cost varies on your zip code. We ship your package via overnight or 2-day shipping to ensure your order arrives perfectly frozen.

Our shipments are packed with dry ice. This ensures your Alden’s stays frozen during its journey to you. Furthermore, we use Green Cell Foam insulated box liners to ship our ice cream. Made from US-grown corn, Green Cell Foam is certified compostable in industrial facilities and can even be dissolved in a sink for safe and easy disposal. This unique material combines exceptional cushioning and thermal insulation, while protecting the planet.

We ship to all 50 states! Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order processing takes 5-7 days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note we ship orders Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries.
