Our shipping cost varies on your zip code. We ship your package via overnight or 2-day shipping to ensure your order arrives perfectly frozen.
How does the ice cream stay frozen during shipping?
We package shipments with dry ice and CelluLiner™ paper-based insulated liners. This combination provides reliable freezing protection while aligning with our commitment to smarter, more sustainable shipping materials.
Do you have a minimum order?
Minimum order: 6 items, Maximum: Your choice!
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states! Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
How do I check the status of my order?
Order processing takes 5-7 days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note we ship orders Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries.
