Enjoy a zesty adventure with our Key Lime Graham Cracker Parfait!
To make the crumb layer
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Stir the mixture together until all ingredients are combined. Set aside.
To make the parfait
Place about ¼ of the mixture in the bottom of two ½ pint mason jars. Pack it firmly in the bottom of the jar. Layer over the crumbs about an equal amount of softened ice cream. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up the ice cream. Repeat these two steps to create four distinct layers in your parfait.
Top with whipped cream, and zest of one lime. Garnish with ½ Alden’s Dairy Free Key Lime Round Sammie. Enjoy!
